  4. Upon application, you'll receive a letter or email confirming receipt of your application.
  5. Candidates are screened and shortlisted within 5 working days of the closing date.
  6. Those that are not shortlisted are let down via email or mail within 5 working days of the closing date.
  7. Shortlisted candidates have phone interviews within 7 working days of the closing date.
  8. A further shortlist identifies final candidates.
  9. Final candidates complete psychometric assessments, including abilities assessments and a personality questionnaire.
  10. Final interviews are held with the hiring manager and an HR representative.
  11. Reference checks are done on the final candidates.
  12. An offer is made to the preferred candidate.
  • We aim for the entire recruitment process to be completed in 3 – 6 weeks.

Once you’re on board…
Your manager will arrange your induction and you’ll get to attend a two day Company Induction at our Christchurch Head Office within your first six months at Ravensdown.
