We’re looking for a 12-month fixed term, part time Administration Coordinator, to join our team at Analytical Research Laboratories (ARL), Ravendown’s Napier based laboratory. The role is for 16 hours per week with scope for this to increase when required. ARL provides soil, plant, feed quality, water and fertiliser testing for customers all over the country.
Reporting to the Sample Preparation and Admin Team Leader, you will be responsible for the coordination of tasks within the administration team. In this role you’ll provide direct customer service and resolve any queries that come your way. Your previous administrative and accounts experience mean you’ll be able to take responsibility for processing accounts, be comfortable with a variety of general administrative tasks and drive projects to improve the administrative functions at ARL.

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have:
We are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude and an ability to put both customers and site staff at ease. You’ll be able to multi-task, remaining calm when faced with any interruptions as they arise.
