About the role
We like to think of our Agri Managers as ‘the face’ of the business because, truth be told, that’s exactly what they are – our key link to farmers on their own turf. So as one of them you’ll have an important part to play, serving up the products, support and innovative solutions our farmers have come to rely on us for. Of course, this means the bulk of your time will be spent on the road and on the farms, identifying farmers’ needs, selling solutions, and strengthening relationships – the type built on trust and mutual respect.
While helping farmers increase their profitability is a key focus of this role, you’re set for some impressive growth of your own. Because in terms of growing your career, there’s no better way to get more from your agronomic qualification, not to mention your comprehensive knowledge of soil fertility and farming inputs. And since you enjoy a good yarn, we reckon the social, down-to-earth camaraderie that comes with this job will be right up your alley.
Skills & Experience
For all you’ll bring to us you can expect plenty in return, including:
This role would be based out of the New Plymouth Store and covers the surrounding area.
