About the role
As frontline staff you are the first point of call for our shareholders, developing long-term relationships based on integrity and trust. Your daily focus is ensuring customers get the right products for their farming operation, with the best possible service, support, and down-to-earth advice.
Our business is built on loyalty, confidence, and a deep understanding of our customers’ needs. First and foremost you are a natural communicator, and highly attentive listener. You need to be technically savvy, quick to learn, and prepared to expand yourself. Full (and ongoing) training will ensure that you learn our systems, services, and product range inside out.
