About the Role
As the Customer Services Manager, you’ll lead the Despatch and Administration teams at our Napier Works site where we manufacture, process and despatch bulk and bagged fertiliser. Reporting to the Works Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall operation of the product intake system and despatch areas. You will also be responsible for ensuring the provision of superior service to both our internal and external customers.
Our focus on continuous improvement will provide you with the opportunity to be involved in projects to maximise our efficiency and further improve site performance and quality. This is the ideal role to utilise your mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, demonstrating a flexible approach to your work.
You’ll provide effective leadership and management to the team while placing a strong focus on safety and wellbeing, environmental performance and product quality. Your mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills will be key strengths for you, but you’ll also demonstrate a flexible approach to your work.
