We are looking for an experienced and driven Events & Sponsorship Manager to join our Marketing Team. This is a brand new role focusing on the provision of professional management of sponsorship, field days and other events to support Ravensdown’s strategy and brand across our range of services and products
About the Role:
You will be based out of our beautiful Christchurch Office, and in this role you will be the one to create a positive experience of our brand using digital, traditional and promotional touchpoints to deliver an engaging and interactive experience of our brand for internal and external customers. Amongst that you will also be the main point of contact for all major sponsorship queries and will hold the responsibility of managing a $500k annual sponsorship budget.
You’ll show passion for what you do and demonstrate a collaborative, customer-focussed approach. You will also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and persuade. With your drive and ability to inspire you will also create a supportive and nurturing culture for our team of sponsorship champions on the ground. We expect you to be excellent at delegating, yet, not be afraid to get your hands dirty.
Your attention to detail and organisation will have you fronting all things events!
