Based out of our Christchurch Office, this role supports and drives HR best practice in the organisation. Through applying your broad range of generalist HR skills and wide range of experiences in organisational development, you will have the chance to become fully involved in the business and a key driver of change. Our priority is keeping our staff safe and well so you will be instrumental working alongside our staff and management to achieve this goal. Working in the business, you will assist in all aspects of HR development through implementing current best practice or developing new initiatives, structures and processes.

This generalist role includes recruitment, performance management and disciplinary support, organisational development, remuneration management, working with managers on retention strategies, reward and recognition programmes. You will have excellent communication skills, and a passion for HR, and a drive to understand the business and what makes our people tick.
