Are you an experienced PR practitioner or copy editor who is up for a challenge? We are seeking maternity cover for a 12-month fixed term for our Senior Communications Advisor.

Working closely within a wider marketing team based in our Christchurch Office, you will be using your downright awesome writing skills to tell a new story about our role in the success of NZ’s agri-sector.

This will involve editing our biannual customer magazine, delivering on our sponsorship strategy and developing compelling editorial content for a variety of digital and printed channels.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will ideally have: 

  • Experience in a communications/public relations role.
  • Superb written communications skills and the ability to translate technical information into understandable insights.
  • The ability to take and give feedback constructively whilst operating effectively in a high-performing team.
  • An affinity with the rural sector.

You will be highly motivated and your ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and to maintain a deadline-focussed approach will set you apart from your peers.
