We genuinely care about the safety and wellbeing of our people, their loved ones and our extended family - our business partners and the farming community. Our vision is to engage and enable people to live safe, healthy and productive lives.

To achieve our vision we have implemented our Good to Go programme, which is all about making sure both yourself and those around you are good to go both in terms of safety and wellbeing.  To support this we ask all staff to champion our commitment of looking after one another in the workplace, follow our safety & wellbeing policies and procedures and take all care to work safely and think of others as they do so.

At Ravensdown, we believe that looking after the wellbeing of our people is the safe thing to do, the smart thing to do, and the right thing to do. We know that if we look after our people, they will look after our co-operative, themselves and each other.
