We genuinely care about the safety and wellbeing of our people, their loved ones and our extended family - our business partners and the farming community. Our principal safety and wellbeing objective is for all staff to achieve and promote high standards of health and safety, and to ensure our people go home safe each day.

Success in safety and wellbeing means that everyone is comfortable with how to work safely, and we all know and understand what needs to be done. To meet our objectives we have implemented a Safety and Wellbeing Strategic Plan that will see improvements across the business in visible leadership, simplified systems & assurance, and critical risk management. We are moving forward by finding better solutions. This doesn’t necessarily mean doing things differently or that things have to change, but that we challenge what we are doing and constantly ask ourselves if we can do things better. We want to ensure everyone knows what they need to do to keep themselves and others safe. It’s easy and it’s simple. It is the way our people work, so we know that when the time comes to make a decision about safety, our people have the understanding to be able to make the right decision, every time.
